For an important client in an international project in Barcelona:

For all profiles, knowledge and experience in .Net projects in Azure environment:
- Project Manager (1):
- Experience in managing custom development projects
- Proven hands-on experience in directing Scrum projects (sprint definitions, planning, retrospectives, etc.)
- Experience with complex projects (i.e. several stakeholders, competing interests)
- Experience managing distributed teams
- Fluent English level (C1)
- Good communication skills oral and in writing (presentations, reports, negotiations)
- Scrum Master (1):
- Experience in managing custom development projects

- Azure advanced knowledge (SQL Managed Services, Azure Resource Manager, App Service, VNet, Subnet, Private Endpoint)
- Microsoft Development experience (C# vue.js REST APIs)
- Integration (Snowflake integration, SQL DB integration)
- Responsible for development environments set-up and technical governance definitions
- Able to lead a team from the technical standpoint (design revision, code quality analysis, code integration, deployments, advice to more junior developers)
- Hands-on experience with Scrum development
- Experience with migration to Azure (this part in blue applies only to one of the two TTL profiles)
- Migration of Linux VM to Azure (lift-and-shift)
- Azure Kubernetes Services
- English Fluent (C1)
- Senior Developers (2):
- At least 8 years of experience
- Working Experience on Azure environments (Azure App Service, Storage Account, Azure SQL Managed Services, Azure Data Factory)
- Technology experience on C#, .NET, vue.js, REST.API
- Snowflake integration, SQL DB integration
- Web Page parsing (for web sites alerting)
- (nice to have for one of the two profiles) Power BI knowledge
- English Fluent (B2/C1)
- Developers (3):
- At least 4 or 5 years of experience
- Previous experience with Azure environment (Azure App Service, Storage Account, Azure SQL Managed Services, Azure Data Factory), DevOps, working in Scrum
- Experience with C# and on vue.js, REST APIs (Note - we could even have 1 back end developer and 1 front end one, not necessarily all of them must be full stack dev)
- Web Page parsing (for web sites alerting)
- Snowflake integration, SQL DB integration
- Good English (B2) - Albeit we do not require them to do presentations, they should be able to illustrate their work, any issue they have and answer to queries
In addition to technical skills, have familiarity with Azure tools, since the project will be developed on that platform. Tools such as Azure DevOps for project management, Azure App Services for web application development, Azure Functions for serverless function development, Azure SQL Database for databases, among others, could be used in the project.
